HVAC FIlter Replacements
Never worry about changing the air filters again. It seems like when the family starts sneezing or dust starts collecting, the visual and audible reminder send us to the store only to grab the wrong size and unsure of which MERV rating to get. Give that stress to us.
Lightbulb Replacements
From unique lightbulbs above the range, to the ones in your fridge, and the chandelier in the hall, to the lightbulbs over 20ft above, we take care of them all.

Building on everything included in the Essential Plan, The Premium Plan gives you deeper coverage, priority scheduling, and more hands on support from our team. It’s ideal for homeowner who wants a more comprehensive service, seasonal upkeep, and fewer home-related interruptions in their daily life.
The Premium Plan is designed to keep your home running beautifully and reduce unexpected surprises.
Dryer Duct/Vent Cleaning
Dryer duct/vent cleaning to be performed two times per year. Duc/vent will be assessed on initial visit. Flex lines and rigid lines to be cleaned differently.
Seasonal Gutter Cleaning
Gutters to be cleaned at the end of fall to remove debris. Gutters to be cleaned again after spring to help mitigate extra weight/damage from leaves, sticks, and debris.
Appliance Water Line Inspection
Twice a year. Clean Garbage Disposal and inspect appliance water lines for cracking, creasing, loosening, or pinching that can cause unnoticed leaks over time. This inspection will help catch leaks before causing a big expense.
Tub/Shower Caulk and Grout Care
Caulk and grout around tub/showers to be checked two times a year. Silicone/siliconized grout to be removed and replaced once per year as needed. Grout repairs to be done via repair ticket.
Seasonal Hose Spigot/Bib Prep
Install insulating caps over spigot/bib in the fall before winter. Remove cap in the spring and test for proper functionality. Caps included.
Sink/Shower De-scaling
Remove sink/shower aerators/head and descale twice per year for optimal flow and prolonged life of unit.
Fire Extenguisher Inspection
Check fire extinguisher(s) for proper charge and accessibility two times per year.
Crawl Space Inspection
Inspect accessible crawl space for leaks, damage, and missing insulation two times per year
Attic Inspection

As part of your membership, you’ll also receive a 10% discount on any additional contracted work performed by Safe Haven Home Services at your service address, giving you continuous savings alongside unmatched convenience.



HVAC Unit Tune Ups
2 visits per year for seasonal tune-ups. Spring and Fall.
Water Heater Flush
Flush water heater annually to remove build up in the tank that takes up space, limits water capacity, damages elements, and decreases the life of your appliance.
Air Quality Testing
Mold, Radon, and Allergen testing performed annually.
House Cleaning
Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits available.
Appliance Deep Clean
Annually clean interior of fridge, dishwasher, range, and oven.
Clean fridge evaporator coil if accessible.
Water Filtration / Softener Inspection and Care
Filtration system will determine care and warranty around filter replacement. We will contact your installer/supplier for care information.
Roof Inspection
Performed annually.
Inspect Plumbing Fixtures
Check toilets, sinks, pot fillers, and showers for loose fixtures. Tighten down any loose fixtures as needed.
Window and Door Inspection
Performed annually.
Exterior Inspections
Annual check of siding, brick, etc for damage and/or wear. Check soffit/fascia for water/pest damage.
Garage Door Mechanism Inspection and Care
Oil/grease moving parts on 2 doors up to 8' wide and 8' tall once per year.
Inspect Patio Decks
Check exterior patio/deck structure each Spring for structural integrity, proper stain/paint application, and safety.

Findings, damages, leaks, and/or repairs are not included.
This package is to monitor and provide routine maintenance to the dwelling and bring attention to the existing/potential issues found during inspections, tests, and replacement of items listed above.
Safe Haven Home Services will provide solutions for any repairs that are found/needed in order to bring the dwelling back to working, and proper functioning order.
Should damage be done in the process of executing the above listed maintenance package a repair solution will be brought to the client.
